News 🗞️ & a free 📕

First of all, thanks for joining the team. My team… I have a team.

I love this idea. The idea that I don’t do this writing thing just for myself anymore. Here’s the deal… I have stories in my head all of the time. I’ve always been a day dreamer. Now, you’re giving me the courage to write them down and share them.

Thank you- GO team 👏🏼

An Echo of Courage

A wolf with an ancient memory.
A woman on the run.
A man learning to endure.
Their stories collide on the Columbia River in 1885.

. . .

Available for pre-order SOON (“Soon” means as soon as I can figure out how to set it up 😜)

An Echo of Courage is Pauel’s story . . .
Columbia River, 1885.

After an accident leaves Pauel struggling with pain and uncertainty, he wonders if life will ever hold meaning again. Just as despair threatens to consume him, an unlikely companion appears—Essa, a mysterious wolf whose loyalty hints at a story far older than his own and whose presence stirs courage he thought he had lost.

For Penny, escape from a life of cruelty is only the beginning. A fleeting encounter with Pauel awakens her hope, and with Father Simon’s help, she finds freedom and faith. But her past is not finished with her. Pursued by danger, she races up the Columbia River, clinging to the promise that God will make a way.

Drawn together by hardship and hope, and with the help of many unlikely friends along the way, Pauel and Penny discover that even in the darkest valleys, God provides strength for the weary and light for the path ahead.

Inspired by Isaiah 40, An Echo of Courage is a historical tale of endurance, faith, and the healing power of love.

a free book? 📖

Did you read Johanna’s story (Pauel’s sister)? Or if you did, do you know someone else who would love the story?

You’re in luck, A Father’s Dream is available for FREE today through Thursday on kindle.

You don’t need to read Johanna’s story before you read Pauel’s story (in December), but you will want to read BOTH. I guarantee it. When brother and sister are separated in Liverpool, what happens? How do they find each other again… on the OTHER side of the world? How does Pauel get across the Blue Sea and then across America?

Especially since Johanna has his papers… 😬

And where does Zachariah (Rye) come into the picture?

And who is Penny?

My gift to you . . . for three days. So get on it.

A Father’s Dream — Christian Historical Romance set in the Pacific Northwest in 1883

  • A determined Swedish immigrant chasing her father’s dream.
  • A mountain guide who longs to disappear forever.
  • A God who refuses to let either of them go.

A sweeping story of redemption, healing, and forgiveness along the mighty Columbia River.

One final thought on this happy Tuesday morning.

You can’t stay in your corner of the Forest waiting for others to come to you. You have to go to them sometimes.
― A.A. Milne, Winnie the Pooh

So here I am. Be bold and confident today, my friends. Winnie the Pooh says so. 🐻

Love and hugs,🥰

  1. Wow! Thanks for the free book! Glad to see another one is going to be published too. You are a great writer! I also write faith-filled historical romance but in the wilderness of BC, Canada! And grew up in Hood River on the Columbia gorge. Nice newsletter.

    • Hi yes, I read one of your books set up north and loved it. Purity something. You too are a fantastic writer. I loved how you also use God’s beautiful creation to tell your love story! Was it set Alaska? Or maybe northern Canada? Thanks for reaching out. Maybe we can book swap in the future. Got any new books in the works?

      • I’m editing book 4 is the Spirit Quest series and hope to have it out early next year! Via KDP and all on Amazon for you to read the first chapter! LOL They’re set in central British Columbia, straight up north from you! Let’s swap books yes! When is your next book coming out?

      • Ah sounds great. Yes! An Echo of Courage is the next story after A Fathers Dream. It’s releasing mid December. Can I send you an ARC a bit prior to that?

You just let me know which one I can read for you. I’m right in the middle of reviewing another book but will be ready in another couple weeks.

        Thanks for reaching out!
