In Luke 12 and Matthew 10, Jesus is talking about sparrows!
I’m not really sure how or why sparrows were being sold for pennys, but ok. 🪙
Jesus wants you to know that God the Father knows each of these little sparrows. He knows when they are sold and when they die.
And YOU are worth much more. So much more that He knows everything about you, even how many hairs are on your head (which is a lot for some and not so much for others, but GOD KNOWS that too!).
So, if you wonder your purpose or value or worth, know that JESUS says God is watching over you. He sees you and He knows you.
I know every bird on the mountains and all the animals of the field are mine.
Psalm 50:11 NLT
If the Great Creator God keeps track of all the animals, He also sees you.
