a to-do list ✅

Breathe.
Let go of the things I cannot control.
Put worry and fear behind me because they suck the joy out of today.
Breathe again.

Is this easier said than done? 🤷🏻‍♀️
Yes. And no.

Yes, because worry/fear/stress are always available. Right? There is always something to worry about, always something to stress out about. Fear lurks just behind both of these things.

And no, because this is a choice I make. Do I let them in only to give away today’s peace and joy (and possibly tonight’s good sleep)?

Or do I stop, breathe, think on better things, and let go?

I know the answer. Do you?

Maybe it feels like that’s a mountain too big to climb at times, but we all know the view is worth it.
